It was watchable but cheap special effects, some bad acting and a boring ending kept it from being as good a movie as it could have been. Seemed like a made for TV movie in it's plot and production quality.

Red Dawn what a lame movie. Old one was so much better. Story telling is horrible, Dialogue horrible, Character Development sad(not in a good way) and horrible, weapons and tactics horrible. I was looking so forward to this movie... Why did

You remade a bad film just as bad. At least Soviets were relevant in the 80's. Not so much any more.
